Basic Responsibilities:

· CMM Programing of new parts and existing parts for more robust data (PCDmis & Zeiss Calypso)

· Operates CMM for Manufacturing Process Approval (1st Piece / Last Piece)

· Gage R&R’s

· Review and assist set-up personnel with CMM reports

· Casting and Machined Part Layouts

· Performs numerous other duties as required pertaining to quality

· Written and verbal communication with the Customers, as required

Skills/Knowledge

• Needs good communications skills.

Education level

• High school diploma
• 3rd party Engineering and Quality Training
