We are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians to maintain and troubleshoot machinery in a heavy industrial environment. This is a direct hire position offering competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Maintain various types of machinery in the coke-making process

High school diploma or GED required
3+ years of heavy industrial experience maintaining and troubleshooting production machinery
Experience with PLCs, AC/DC motors, drives, controls, and electrical switchgear (480V three-phase power distribution and starters)
Electrical troubleshooting for production lines, control panels, and robotic systems
Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
Safety-focused with practical knowledge of industrial protocols
Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
Ability to achieve results through equipment, technology, and teamwork
Comfortable operating within a matrix organization
Goal-oriented and able to maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and management

Sign-on bonus: $2,500 after the first 30 days, additional $2,500 after 1,040 hours

Entry Level Industrial Electrician: $34–36.60/hr*
Level II: $37–42/hr
Journeyman: $42–46.80/hr
*Entry Level candidates must have 3+ years of industrial electrical experience and will be required to take proficiency exams to determine their exact starting hourly rate.
28-day rotating schedule covering 24/7 operations
Work with the same team of operators and mechanics throughout the rotation
