What You’ll Gain
- Paid Training with Commissions: From day one, you’ll earn a competitive base salary and commissions during your training period. Our three-month program equips you with the fundamentals of recruiting, cutting-edge tools, and insider knowledge to build a successful career.
- Clear Growth Path:
- Year 1: $55K–$65K
- Year 2: $75K–$85K
- Year 3: $100K+
- Enjoy regular salary bumps as your skills grow and success increases, plus an above-industry-standard commission plan.

- Work-Life Balance: Onsite role at our Sterling Heights, MI location, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM.
