Maintenance Electrician
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians responsible for manufacturing equipment and facility maintenance.
Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on building, presses, and equipment.
- Adjust, repair, or replace motors, controls, and other electrical components.
- Support assembly and press department goals.
- Participate in press set-ups and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and electrical safety protocols.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks, corrective actions, and equipment improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance procedures, downtime records, and work orders.
- Handle wastewater responsibilities upon completion of required training.
- Promote lean manufacturing principles.
- Participate in Elimination of Waste Team meetings.
- Support company goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of stamping presses, conveyors, CNCs, washers, assembly machines, automation, and related equipment.
- Understanding of pneumatics, lubrication, and hydraulic circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication schematics.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and diagrams.
- Experience with MiG or arc welding and cutting torches.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical training is a plus.
- Minimum of five years of manufacturing experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Must be able to work necessary overtime if required.
- Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds frequently.
- Proficiency in using computers, printers, calculators, and machinery control panels.
- Work may involve extended periods of sitting, standing, lifting, bending, stooping, and repetitive motions.
