CNC Programmer/Machinist
A well-established CNC machining facility is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team. We are looking for someone experienced in programming and machining low-volume precision components. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with hands-on experience using Haas and Fanuc controls, as well as Visi programming software.
Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components
Utilize Haas and Fanuc controls for machine operation and troubleshooting
Create and modify CNC programs using Visi programming software
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
Select appropriate tooling and optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy
Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Experience programming and operating CNC machines (Haas and Fanuc required)
Proficiency in Visi programming or similar CAD/CAM software
Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
