Our client is an electronic manufacturing service provider of Printed Circuit Board Assembly, cable, harness assembly. We are looking for a manufacturing engineer to lead in the manufacturing process and production of all electronics and cable assembly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the PCB manufacturing team and area
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods
Develops work instructions for production processes.
Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.
Determines the parts, equipment, and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.
Works on projects, Connect with customers on design and requirements specifications
Leads a team designing best manufacturing practices
Responsible for meeting Customer requirements, Process analytics and measurables
Managing and overseeing overall plant operations which may include finance, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, materials, quality assurance/control, human resources and information systems.
Calculates Labor, Material and other production costs
2. Knowledge/Education
Requires a bachelor's degree of engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related fields)
Minimum of 2+ years in manufacturing processes and must have prior PCB experience
Knowledge of Quality Standards (IPC610, IPC620, ISO9001, ISO 13485) is a plus
Knowledge in Electronic PCB assembly, Cables and Harness Assembly
Project Management, SWOT analysis

$100-$110K, based on knowledge and experience
