Front of House Manager – Full-Time Opportunity

A unique riverfront dining destination located in Downtown Rochester, MI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead its front-of-house operations. Featuring a Mediterranean-inspired menu and premium craft cocktails, this open-concept venue offers guests an inviting atmosphere perfect for family gatherings, date nights, or casual drinks with friends—all set against the scenic backdrop of Paint Creek.

This position is part of an established hospitality group known for creating vibrant community spaces and memorable dining experiences. As the restaurant continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate leader to help elevate service, inspire the team, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

Position Overview

The Front of House Manager will oversee daily operations of the dining room and bar, ensuring a top-tier guest experience. This includes training and managing staff, creating schedules, assisting with hiring, coordinating reservations, maintaining health and safety standards, and supporting the financial performance of the location. Inventory control, vendor relations, and technology systems oversight will also be key responsibilities.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience with craft cocktails

  • Leadership or management experience in the food and beverage industry preferred

  • Strong background in staff training and development

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills

  • Knowledge of industry safety and sanitation standards

  • A passion for hospitality and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and liquor control software


Compensation & Reporting

This is a full-time, salaried position reporting directly to the General Manager, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.
