Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Overtime Available | Night Shift
A precision manufacturing facility in Roseville, MI is seeking a CNC Operator with a strong work ethic, solid mechanical aptitude, and a desire to grow in the industry. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that promotes from within and values reliability and performance.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate CNC equipment using proven programs
  • Load/unload parts into fixtures and deburr as needed
  • Perform and document in-process inspections
  • Read blueprints, process sheets, and work orders
  • Keep your workspace and equipment clean and organized
  • Move parts and paperwork to the next stage of production
What You Bring:
  • 1–4 years of CNC Operating experience
  • Basic understanding of G & M codes
  • Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
  • Good math and mechanical skills
  • Positive attitude and consistent attendance
  • Experience with cranes, forklifts, or editing tool compensation is a plus
