Cut & Etch Operator (2nd shift)
Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM & some Saturdays as needed
Contract: 90-day contract to hire

We are seeking a skilled Cut & Etch Operator to join the sheet metal department. The ideal candidate will have experience operating band saws, plasma cutters, and grinders, and be committed to producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate band saw, plasma cutter, and grinding equipment to cut and etch sheet metal parts

• Follow blueprints and work orders to ensure accuracy and quality

• Maintain equipment and perform routine inspections

• Support safety and quality standards throughout the production process

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Experience operating band saws, plasma cutters, and grinders required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills
