• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Previous experience operating cutting, etching, or similar machinery preferred

• Ability to read and understand work orders and basic blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
