Quality Inspector Technician

An opportunity is available for a Quality Inspector/Technician in the Aerospace department of a dynamic manufacturing facility in Roseville. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet stringent quality standards before delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed visual and mechanical inspections of aerospace components and assemblies

  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators

  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures

  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with quality requirements

  • Communicate with production and engineering teams regarding non-conformances

  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to product quality and inspection processes

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable quality standards and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a quality inspection or quality technician role, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of GD&T and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Experience using standard measuring tools and inspection equipment

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards is a plus

  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High School Diploma or GED required
