Job Overview
The Aerospace Builder will be responsible for assembling precision aerospace components according to work instructions and engineering specifications. This role requires excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with small parts and hand tools in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble aerospace parts and subassemblies following detailed instructions and blueprints

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assemblies accurately

  • Inspect parts for defects and verify quality standards are met throughout the build process

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

  • Complete documentation and production records as required

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace or a high-precision industry

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
