Job Title: Robotic Welder

A manufacturing facility in Roseville is looking to hire two skilled Robotic Welders to support its sheet metal department on the afternoon shift. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term potential following a 90-day contract-to-hire period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor robotic welding systems to produce high-quality welds on sheet metal components

• Load/unload parts into fixtures and inspect welds for accuracy and quality

• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to welding parameters and equipment

• Work from blueprints, work orders, and inspection criteria

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain safety standards

• Perform routine maintenance and clean-up of robotic cells

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating robotic welding equipment in a manufacturing environment

• Familiarity with MIG welding processes and sheet metal fabrication

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
