Job Title: Maintenance Laborer
Job Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire

Shift: 6:00 AM start time

Overview:
We’re hiring a Maintenance Laborer to support general upkeep and repair tasks at a manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role that involves assisting with facility maintenance, basic repairs, and ensuring work areas remain clean and functional.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and equipment upkeep

• Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical support tasks as needed

• Maintain clean and organized work areas, both indoors and outdoors

• Support janitorial staff with facility cleanliness

• Move equipment or materials using carts, dollies, or by hand

• Report any safety issues or repair needs to the supervisor

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift

• Previous experience in general maintenance or laborer roles is a plus

• Comfortable working in various environments and around machinery

• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to take direction well
