Shift: 2:30pm-12:30am or 3pm-1am

A manufacturing facility is hiring a skilled TIG Welder for their Sheet Metal Department. This role focuses on precision welding of sheet metal components using TIG processes. It’s a great opportunity for a welder seeking long-term stability and hands-on work in a clean, organized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual TIG welding on sheet metal parts and assemblies

• Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions

• Ensure welds meet quality, appearance, and structural standards

• Set up and maintain TIG welding equipment

• Work with thin-gauge metals, including stainless steel and aluminum

• Perform pre-weld preparation and post-weld inspection

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workstation

Requirements:

• Experience with TIG welding on sheet metal required

• Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications

• Comfortable working with stainless steel, aluminum, and similar materials

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions
