K–5 Certified Teachers
Location: Dearborn, MI
Position Type: Full-Time - multiple openings
Grades: Kindergarten through 5th Grade
Start Date: Fall 2025

A public charter school in Dearborn is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated K–5 Certified Teachers to join its growing elementary team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a student-centered environment that values academic achievement, character development, and instructional excellence.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating and implementing engaging, standards-based lesson plans in core subject areas

• Supporting the social and emotional development of young learners in a positive classroom environment

• Using data to assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs

• Communicating regularly with parents and guardians to support student success

• Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to foster a strong school community

• Participating in professional development and school events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

• Valid Michigan Elementary Teaching Certification (K–5 or K–8 all subjects, with self-contained classroom experience preferred)

• Experience working with elementary-aged students

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
