Job Title: Advanced Painter – Paint Department
Type: Full-time 90-day contract-to-hire
Pay: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Painter to join the Paint Department. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in high-quality industrial or automotive painting, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. You'll play a key part in delivering top-tier painted finishes on various components in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming as needed

• Apply paint using HVLP or conventional spray equipment

• Mix and match paint colors per specifications

• Inspect finished work for quality, finish consistency, and coverage

• Perform touch-ups and rework as necessary

• Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area

• Follow all safety and environmental regulations

• Work closely with team leads and quality control to ensure standards are met

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or automotive painting

• Proficient with HVLP spray guns and paint mixing systems

• Ability to read and interpret paint specs, work orders, and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
