CNC Operator – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Schedule & Pay:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $15.75/hour

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $16.20/hour

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $16.15/hour

  • Overtime available
    Assignment Type: Contract Labor – On-site

Position Overview:
We are seeking CNC Machine Operators to join our team. Operators play a key role in the manufacturing process, machining components and supporting quality control efforts. Candidates should take ownership of their work, ensure parts meet specifications, and collaborate effectively with their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the first piece and verify it meets all specifications; receive confirmation before running the batch.

  • Operate machines to run component batches while maintaining quality standards.

  • Use gauges to ensure components meet specifications.

  • Make mechanical adjustments as needed to keep parts within tolerance.

  • Pack finished products according to instructions.

  • Complete documentation and tagging for each batch.

  • Perform routine machine maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, and changing bits).

  • Maintain a safe and organized work area.

  • Interpret specifications, drawings, and blueprints.

  • Troubleshoot issues and ask for assistance when necessary.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions (pushing, pulling, twisting, reaching, standing, walking, gripping, bending)

  • Basic math skills (addition and subtraction of decimal numbers)

  • Pass a drug test

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of CNC or manufacturing experience

  • Knowledge of the Metric System (microns, millimeters, etc.)

Safety & PPE Requirements:

  • Full-length pants (no shorts), no sleeveless shirts, no hoodies or long strings

  • Steel toe or composite toe safety shoes

  • Ear protection and safety glasses provided

  • No jewelry on person

  • Good attendance required
