Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Program Manager to support and coordinate program deliverables, assisting with OEM requirements from prototype through automotive retrofit and repair. This role is ideal for someone with program coordination or project support experience who is ready to step into a program management track. The Junior Program Manager will help drive cross-functional initiatives, track progress, and provide organizational support to ensure projects are executed successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Support as a point of contact for customers (Product Engineering, Program Management, Launch Teams, Plant Teams, Supplier Quality) from PSO kickoff through project completion

  • Assist in maintaining and facilitating internal and external open issues lists, tracking action items and closure dates

  • Help communicate program changes and updates via the program timing plan

  • Support the execution of prototype and preproduction build events

  • Participate in customer program meetings and assist in documenting outcomes

  • Assist with supplier meetings through PSO and support post-SOP activities

  • Organize and track customer-defined program requirements

  • Provide program health status updates to leadership as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environments

  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel (3–5 years’ experience a plus)

  • Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed

  • Comfortable working in diverse environments (automotive shop, OEM tent, yard, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior program coordination or project management support experience

  • Automotive or repair industry background

  • Familiarity with OEM systems and processes

  • CDA/Flash experience a plus

  • Car enthusiast background is a plus
