Job Title: Automotive Painter
Location: Taylor, MI 
Schedule: Full-Time | Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team in Taylor, MI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in auto body painting and finishing, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail, quality workmanship, and the ability to meet daily deadlines are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform base coat/clear coat applications

• Wet sand and finish surfaces to required quality standards

• Conduct body welding, light and heavy body work as needed

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components (fascia, doors, etc.)

• Match and coordinate colors accurately

• Prepare vehicles for the painting process

• Operate paint sprayers and related tools safely and effectively

• Deliver high-quality work with special attention to detail

• Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive painting and finishing

• Knowledge of all types of auto body paint and processes

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be available to work overtime when required
