Schedule: 6:00 AM Start Time
Pay: Based on experience
Contract: 90-day contract-to-hire


We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Programmer/Machinist. This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled professional who excels in both programming and precision machining within a prototype or production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop complex tool paths using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, 3D models, and engineering drawings
  • Perform setups and adjustments for various materials and tight-tolerance parts
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes for speed and quality
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure safety procedures are followed
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in CNC programming and machining (5+ years preferred)
  • Mastery of CAD/CAM software; Mastercam experience is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of G-code, GD&T, and advanced machining techniques
  • Ability to handle prototype and low-volume production with precision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
