Position: Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift – On-site)

Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $34.00/hr | OT Available

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support CNC machines, mills, and lathes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, as well as strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines, mills, and lathes

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues

• Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving for equipment failures

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 5 years of experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

• Ability to work independently on 3rd shift

• Bring required PPE: steel toe or composite safety shoes, prescription safety glasses (if needed). Gloves and safety glasses provided. Hearing protection optional.

Additional Information:

• Drug screen and background check required

• Estimated 40 hours per week, overtime expected

• On-site position at Detroit, MI location
