Job Title: 2nd Shift Forging & Sawing Trainee (Contract-to-Hire)
Shift: 2PM–11PM (may extend to 3PM–1AM during busy periods)

About the Role:
We are seeking 1–2 motivated individuals to join our 2nd shift forging team. These are contract-to-hire positions with full training provided. Candidates will start as general labor and develop into specialized roles within forging or sawing operations.

Training Paths:

🔹 Forging Trainee

• Learn operation of forging presses

• Inspect part quality and dimensions

• Assist with machine setup and adjustments

🔹 Sawing Trainee

• Train on saw setup and operation

• Learn material selection and billet quality checks

• Handle related documentation and production paperwork

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Dependable and safety-minded

• Previous industrial or production experience a plus but not required

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 2PM–11PM (may adjust to 3PM–1AM during peak production)
