Die Setter / Mold Change Technician
Hourly Rate: (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
Some weekends may be required; overtime possible but not guaranteed

Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals for the Die Setter role to perform mold changeovers and lead related activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up molds efficiently, safely, and in a time-effective manner

  • Identify deficiencies or problems with tasks and equipment and report to production shift supervisor

  • Ensure molds are set according to industry standards so that the first shift meets quality standards

  • Perform timely mold changes and communicate manufacturing requirements across shifts

  • Receive job line-up of scheduled mold changes, including molds, workstations, and auxiliary equipment

  • Maintain continuous housekeeping during mold setup and removal to ensure a clean work environment

  • Properly clean and store tools and equipment; report any damage or repair needs

  • Promote safe operation during each assigned mold change and ensure safety of all coworkers involved

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and use hands for fine manipulation

  • Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs

  • Required vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

  • Hourly rate based on experience

  • Full-time schedule: Mon–Thurs, 10-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
