Job Title: Mold Operator
Pay: $16/hr

About the Role
We are seeking a Mold Operator to support daily production operations in a plastics manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operating molds and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven production. Ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who are dependable and eager to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Operate molding equipment according to work instructions
Load and unload parts from molds
Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality
Trim, deburr, and pack molded parts as required
Monitor machines and report issues or defects
Support mold changes and production start-ups as directed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
Previous mold, plastics, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Basic mechanical aptitude
Attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
