Job Title: Mold Operator
Pay: $16/hr

About the Role
We are seeking a Mold Operator to support daily production operations in a plastics manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operating molds and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven production. Ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who are dependable and eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate molding equipment according to work instructions

• Load and unload parts from molds

• Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality

• Trim, deburr, and pack molded parts as required

• Monitor machines and report issues or defects

• Support mold changes and production start-ups as directed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous mold, plastics, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Attention to detail and quality

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
