Job Title: Electrical Technician (Aerospace)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Aerospace department. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and the chance to grow in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components in aerospace equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and testing of electrical systems
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Assist engineering and production teams with electrical installation and support
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
Comfortable using hand tools, test equipment, and basic machinery
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable and punctual; able to work a 6:00 AM start on 1st shift
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant electrical certifications preferred
