Builders (Aerospace) Operators
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM start
Pay: $18/hour
Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable Builders/Operators to join our aerospace production team. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build aerospace components according to blueprints and work instructions
• Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks and report defects
• Maintain organized workstations and accurate documentation
• Support production goals and timelines
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or aerospace experience preferred
• Ability to work a 6:00 AM start shift
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
