Job Title: Office Assistant
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Pay: $15–$18/hour to start, depending on qualifications, with room for advancement

Job Overview:
We are a busy manufacturing facility seeking a responsible, well-organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role requires someone who can multitask, assist with day-to-day office operations, and support various departments in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones with proper etiquette
Accurately type quotes, invoices, memos, letters, and other documents
Work with spreadsheets and workpapers
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Support various office and administrative tasks as needed
Assist with data entry, accounting, HR, purchasing, and customer/vendor relations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of office experience
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment (fax, copier, phone system, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Standard office bookkeeping knowledge
Experience with Peachtree/Sage or E2/Shoptech software is helpful but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable supporting a team in multiple areas; willingness to learn and grow
