Job Title: Shipping Clerk / Material Handler (Aerospace)
Shift: 6:00 AM
Pay: $18–$22/hr
Type: Contract-to-Hire

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk / Material Handler to support our Aerospace department. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and the chance to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of aerospace materials and components

• Prepare and stage materials for production or shipment

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with material tracking

• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of all materials

• Assist production teams with timely delivery of parts and materials

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and company standards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing

• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, invoices, and basic documentation

• Comfortable operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual; able to work a 6:00 AM shift

• High school diploma or equivalent
