Job Title: Sales Executive – Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full-Time

Recognized for quick turnaround times and high service standards, the organization offers comprehensive in-house capabilities including CNC machining, laser cutting, welding, and rapid prototyping. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to support continued growth and expand our customer base.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a proactive professional who understands manufacturing processes and can effectively present tailored solutions to meet client production needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within automotive and industrial markets

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

  • Generate leads through networking, outreach, and industry engagement

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met

  • Track sales performance and meet or exceed established sales targets

  • Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy and Business Development

  • Strong background in Client Relationship Management and Account Management

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, laser cutting, welding, and rapid prototyping

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries preferred
