Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials. This role ensures efficient warehouse processes, accurate inventory management, and strong team performance while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can coordinate logistics, improve productivity, and support operational goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse staff, assign workloads, and coordinate daily tasks.

  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse associates.

  • Monitor and report on warehouse productivity and operational performance.

  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely shipment of goods and materials.

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate receiving, identification, dispatching, and quality assurance of goods.

  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse operations and employee performance.

  • Organize and maintain inventory within a clean and orderly storage area.

  • Communicate job expectations clearly and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

  • Ensure safety procedures are followed, particularly when operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

  • Conduct timely and constructive employee performance evaluations.

  • Escalate employee concerns to management when necessary.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Associate degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field.

  • Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials management.

  • Excellent time management and delegation skills.

  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and supervisory skills.

  • Experience with warehouse software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze operational data.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements / Occupational Exposures

  • Standing and walking for extended periods (up to 100% of the workday).

  • Repetitive hand and finger movements.

  • Frequent lifting of 1–10 lbs; occasional lifting of 10–25 lbs; rare lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Occasional twisting at the waist.
