Pay Range: $20.25 – $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Licensed or Registered Nurse. This role supports residents with daily living activities and contributes to maintaining a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment. The CNA plays a key role in enhancing the overall quality of life for patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
  • Support mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Provide compassionate care while respecting patient rights and dignity
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members
  • Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures
  • Assist with documentation and routine care tasks as directed

Qualifications

  • Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
  • Current CNA certification required
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to respond to patient needs in a timely and professional manner
