We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a trusted rehabilitation and nursing facility committed to delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic resident care under the direction of nursing staff 
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support 
  • Change linens and maintain clean, safe resident environments 
  • Support residents’ personal needs with compassion and respect 
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment 
  • Communicate resident needs and changes in condition to nursing staff 
  • Follow care plans and facility policies to ensure quality care delivery 

Qualifications

  • Completion of a state-approved CNA program 
  • Current CNA certification required 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English to ensure patient safety 
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment 
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
