Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance and repair activities within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, basic electrical knowledge, and experience maintaining industrial equipment. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs on building and production equipment. 
• Troubleshoot and maintain forging presses, saws, trim presses, CNC machines, air compressors, blasting machines, and other industrial equipment. 
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs to minimize equipment downtime. 
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to support equipment reliability. 
• Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs. 
• Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions. 
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. 
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards. 
• Support additional maintenance tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. 
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot electrical components. 
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery such as presses, CNC equipment, compressors, or similar equipment preferred. 
• Ability to use hand tools and maintenance equipment effectively. 
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
