We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students in a school setting. The SLP will work with students, teachers, families, and school staff to support students’ communication skills and educational success.

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students in a school setting. The SLP will work with students, teachers, families, and school staff to support students’ communication skills and educational success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and/or small-group speech and language therapy.
- Address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and communication needs.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with developing appropriate goals and services.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other school professionals.
- Provide classroom strategies and recommendations to support student communication.
- Maintain required records and documentation.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
- Follow applicable special education requirements and school policies.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.(Preferred)
- Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license or appropriate credentials.
- CCC-SLP preferred/required as applicable.
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Knowledge of IEPs and special education services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
