Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Starting Pay: $17–$19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for CNC Operators who want to start a career in machining.

This is an opportunity to join a manufacturing team on day shift, learn CNC machining skills, and develop toward a long-term career as a CNC Machinist. Candidates with CNC operating experience who are motivated to learn and advance are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
Load and unload materials and finished parts.
Monitor machines during production.
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production requirements.
Learn CNC machine setup and operation.
Learn basic CNC program adjustments as skills develop.
Assist with troubleshooting machining and production issues.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work with machinists and other team members to meet production and quality requirements.

Qualifications

Previous CNC Operator experience preferred.
Manufacturing or machining experience is a plus.
Ability and willingness to learn CNC machining.
Basic understanding of CNC machines and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read basic blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
Reliable and dependable.
Career-minded and motivated to learn.
Works well with others.
Professional attitude.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
