  • Gain more full cycle accounting experience by performing full charge bookkeeping: accounts payable, payroll processing, journal entries, bank reconciliations, reporting, and financial statement analysis.
  •   Expand knowledge of various tax components including payroll, sales, income, and various tax preparation and research.
  •   Develop in-depth knowledge of clients businesses and industries by interacting with various clients and third parties on multiple aspects of an engagements.
  •   Expand leadership skills by overseeing staff, leading training and special projects, and working directly with managing principal.

Requirements 
  •   Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  •   Knowledge of and ability to respond to the unique needs of small and closely-held entities.
  •   Ability to research accounting and tax regulations and effectively communicate and apply concepts.
  •   Ability to prioritize, delegate, self-initiate, and meet deadlines.
  •   Minimum 3 years work experience.
  •   Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online and QB 2015 version or newer and Excel.
  •   Confident, credible and polished communicator, both verbally and in writing, with clients,
    management and staff associates.
  •   Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented.
  •   Personal qualities of integrity, dependable, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for the firm’s
