Job Overview:
 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle the assembly and disassembly of molds used in our production processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mold assembly and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble Molds: Accurately and efficiently assemble molds according to technical specifications and production requirements.
  • Disassemble Molds: Carefully take apart molds after production runs, ensuring all components are properly cleaned, inspected, and stored.
  • Inspect and Maintain: Regularly inspect molds for wear and tear, performing routine maintenance and reporting any issues or needed repairs to the supervisor.
  • Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Document Work: Complete necessary documentation and reports related to mold assembly and disassembly activities.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise during the assembly process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in assembly work, particularly with molds, is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy components, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Safety: Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $20 - $25
