Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Associate

Shift: 2nd Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Associate to support cleanliness, organization, and general maintenance within a manufacturing environment. This role combines janitorial duties with hands-on support for basic repairs, assembly tasks, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of production and facility areas 

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces 

• Assist with assembling shop items such as tables, fans, and other equipment 

• Support maintenance team with basic repairs and facility upkeep 

• Use hand tools for assembly and minor repair work 

• Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment as needed 

• Assist with general labor tasks across the facility 

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines 

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or facilities maintenance experience preferred 

• Experience using hand tools for assembly and basic repairs 

• Forklift experience required (certification preferred) 

• Ability to work independently and support multiple departments 

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment 

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 

• Capable of standing, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
