Market Recruitment Advisor

Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 per year

We are seeking a Market Recruitment Advisor to support market-level hiring efforts, build strong talent pipelines, and enhance the overall candidate experience. Responsibilities
- Lead market-level recruitment strategies to support staffing needs across assigned facilities
- Directly recruit for clinical, managerial, and professional roles
- Manage and support recruiters within the assigned market
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies
- Utilize digital outreach, job boards, social media, and community partnerships to attract candidates
- Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Improve candidate experience across all hiring touchpoints
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring performance
- Support workforce planning to meet staffing and operational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree and/or PHR certification preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
- Experience managing or mentoring recruiters preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools preferred
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruiting metrics
