Administrator in Training (AIT)

Compensation: $23 – $25 per hour
Overview

We are seeking an Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our leadership development program and gain hands-on experience in nursing center operations.
This role is designed for individuals who are interested in developing into future healthcare administrators and gaining exposure to all aspects of long-term care facility leadership.
Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional and multi-site task groups with organizational impact
- Support and execute special projects that improve nursing center operations
- Observe and contribute to leadership functions including family conferences, team meetings, and clinical care discussions
- Participate in financial and labor management meetings to gain operational insight
- Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Provide feedback and recommendations to center leadership based on observations and data
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the nursing center
- Gain exposure to regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong interest in healthcare administration or long-term care leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of operational responsibilities
- Ability to analyze processes and provide constructive feedback
