Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to support day-to-day account coordination and client service needs. This role is responsible for managing existing client relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales, and creative teams.
This is a relationship-driven position focused on account service, retention, and execution—not cold calling or cold sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication style, a positive attitude on phone and email, and the ability to keep clients engaged and satisfied through consistent follow-ups and support.
