Sales Manager

Linked is seeking a Sales Manager to play a key role in expansion of our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:
Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.

  • Previous sales or recruiting experience desired, but not required.
  • Strong result orientation and comfort level in working in a high performance, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change and properly handle adversity in a dynamic, growing start-up.
  • Must be organized, self-directed and proactive. 
  • Technical acumen.
  • Previous experience in customer service, inside sales or technical staffing is an asset.
  • Great Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills. 
  • Client management skills.
  • Great Networking abilities.
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Email and Internet Browsing.
