Controls:

· Fanuc (15M, 15iM, 16M, 16iM, 16iMB, 31iA5)

· Mazak 640m (EIA and Mazatrol)

· Okuma OSP (P100M, P200M, P300M)

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Set-Up and operate vertical and horizontal CNC mills per instructions

· Set-up and Operate 4th Axis Rotary’s up to 120” Long

· Set-up Tooling and Fixtures per job instructions

· Machine precision short run components and perform interim quality checks

Requirements:

· Minimum 12 years in CNC Machining, 5-Axis a plus

· Able to read Blueprints, Military, DOD and Aerospace

· Knowledge of GD&T, G&M Codes, Cutting Tools, Geometry, Speeds and Feeds

· Material Machining: Alloy Steel, Aluminum Extrusions, 7075-7050+5000 Series Aluminum, Heat Treated Steel and Stainless Steel

· Experience in working with forgings, billet, bar and extruded shapes while utilizing vises, manual fixtures, hydraulic and vacuum fixtures

· Gaging, measuring and probing on CNC Mills

· Knowledge and experience in part processing/flow

· Strong knowledge and experience using Mastercam

· Mazatrol knowledge a PLUS

· Must have own tools

· Ability to perform rigid setups in a timely manner

· Excellent communication skills
