We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager with a proven track record in the automotive industry. This role will be instrumental in leading quality assurance initiatives, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and sustain quality management systems aligned with IATF 16949 standards.
- Lead quality assurance processes, including PPAP, APQP, and GD&T.
- Oversee compliance with Q1 standards and manage Q1 certification.
- Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to ensure precise measurement and quality control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green or Black Belt preferred).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Quality Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in the automotive industry.
- Certified Green or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
- In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience with PPAP, APQP, and GD&T processes.
- Demonstrated success in maintaining Q1 certification.
- Proficiency in CMM operation for quality control.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
