Sign-on bonus: $2,500 after your first 30 days, with an additional $2,500 after 1,040 hours worked.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and calibration on instrumentation systems, ensuring proper functionality of all operating equipment.
Troubleshoot, install, and maintain various types of instrumentation, including process control and smart instrumentation.
Operate equipment as required for repairs and assist in maintaining operational continuity.
Participate in safety initiatives to meet or exceed organizational standards.
Foster positive interpersonal relationships with both internal and external teams.
Contribute to a professional and productive workplace culture.
Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial instrumentation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Skilled in working with “smart” process instrumentation (e.g., temperature, pressure, and level transmitters, control valves).
Experience with process control loops, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and loop tuning.
Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulic controls, and process analyzers (e.g., opacity, oxygen, combustibles, gas, and chemical analysis).
Strong safety experience and commitment to safety practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Results-oriented with a proven ability to use technology and equipment to achieve outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships in a matrix organization.
