Position Overview:

As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, directly influencing strategic decisions that shape our manufacturing operations and overall business growth. We seek a strategic and hands-on finance leader with a strong background in the automotive & manufacturing sector and plant finance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial planning and analysis processes to support business objectives within a plant environment.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling specifically tailored to manufacturing and automotive industry needs.
• Provide critical insights into financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements within plant operations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and present key findings to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and automotive industry regulations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing initiatives and operational improvements.
• Manage, mentor, and develop finance team members to promote a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance role with direct exposure to automotive and manufacturing plant operations.
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and best practices in manufacturing finance.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing finance teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
