Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
We are an established staffing company with 14 years in business and continuing to grow. We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Recruiter to join our Sterling Heights team. This role will focus on sourcing and phone screening candidates across a variety of positions, from entry-level manufacturing roles to professional and engineering positions. The recruiter will primarily work independently from our Sterling Heights office while staying communicative and engaged with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify candidates for open positions across multiple levels and disciplines
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Submit qualified candidates to your manager for further review
- Participate in company-sponsored outreach events, including chamber activities and recruiting functions
- Maintain open communication with the team regarding candidate progress and hiring needs
- Self-starter with strong initiative and ownership of the sourcing process
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Energetic and eager to fill open roles and grow within the company
- Work independently in our Sterling Heights office while engaging with a supportive team
