Composites Technician
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM start
Pay: $18/hour
Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Composites Technicians to join our team on first shift. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of composite materials
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment used in composite production
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production goals and daily output requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work a consistent 6:00 AM start time
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
