Electrical Technician (Aerospace)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM start
Pay: $17/hour
Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview:
We are looking for dependable Electrical Technicians to join our aerospace production team. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electrical components for aerospace applications
• Read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
• Perform visual inspections and basic electrical testing
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain organized workstations and accurate documentation
• Support production targets and daily output goals

Qualifications:

• Previous electrical or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work a 6:00 AM start shift
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable and punctual
